There has been scientific evidence to support that trauma is genetically passed down, but we have tremendous capacity for personal healing when we self-recognize our stories, patterns and beliefs and make our healing our own responsibility.
Join third-generation practitioner and world-renowned empowerment coach Cara Kovacs for a journey into your own inherited trauma. This workshop will provide you with a framework for understanding how trauma lives in the nervous system and how to take the first steps toward healing.
